Barbara
Burgess, Ph.D. is President and CEO, of BBA Consulting Services,
Inc, a consulting firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Burgess
has 25 years of experience as a counselor, educator, administrator
and consultant with a BS in Social Work, an MS in Counseling
and a Ph.D in Administration and Policy Studies. She has worked
with a variety of groups of all ages, ethnicity, and socio-economic
backgrounds in both the corporate and non-profit world. Her
expertise extends to all levels from board of directors and
CEO's to front line staff.
Barbara
has built a reputation for leadership development, diversity
management and teambuilding. Barbara engages team members
in a process that allows them to critically examine where
they are, collectively decide where they need to be and provides
them with the tools to get there. By identifying key behaviors
